Orders in the Minerva online shop are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. The corresponding delivery times are calculated from the date of your order.
You can track your order using the link in the shipping confirmation email.
Customs fees are not covered by the company and must be paid by the customer.

You can use our size chart to choose the right size for you.
If an item does not fit after trying it on, we offer our customers an exchange option. This applies to all items purchased in the online shop.
To do this, send an email to info@minerva-made.com or write us a message using our contact form (link contact form) with your desired size. You will then receive the return slip by email and send the item back to us undamaged. As soon as the item has been registered with us, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation and all further information about the exchange.
The shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all tags and tags attached. Damaged, soiled, washed or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Since all items are hand-finished one-offs, we do not offer complete returns.

Please wash the corsets and items of clothing purchased from us only by hand at a water temperature of 30 degrees and do not put them in the dryer. Do not use bleach or other aggressive cleaning agents. For more information about the material and care, see the sewn-in labels.
